During his 30-year career, Terry Cothran has had the opportunity to experience many aspects of pharmacy from Retail, Specialty, Managed Care, Academia and Government. Terry is currently Senior Director of Pharmacy for The Oklahoma Health Care Authority with direct oversight of the pharmacy benefits provided to well over a million Oklahoma Medicaid members. In his current role he has an obligation to provide the best care possible to the Medicaid members of Oklahoma while being good stewards of the taxpayer’s dollars. This requires providing an efficient and quality product to the state of Oklahoma while operating under a limited budget.
