Sal Morana serves as EVP, Pharmacy Practice Lead of Alliant Employee Benefits. Prior to joining Alliant, Sal was a senior consultant and Specialty Pharmacy leader at a global advisory and brokerage firm. He also held senior pharmacy leadership positions in health systems. Sal holds a PhD in pharmacology and toxicology from Dartmouth Medical School and a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He received certification in Executive Leadership for Healthcare Professionals from Cornell University. Sal's focus at Alliant is to help employers drive the most cost effective pharmacy management strategies in a rapidly changing environment.
