Melissa Barnhill is the Director of Mission Delivery and Community Engagement for the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America. She obtained her undergraduate degree in cultural anthropology and women’s studies from the University of South Florida in 2008 and her MPH from East Carolina University in 2016. In 2017, Melissa studied LGBT Health Policy and Practice at the George Washington University. She is passionate about health education, health policy, and patient advocacy. Melissa is dedicated to improving community health among those living with MS and their care partners. She lives in Florida with her Pitbull, Bella and enjoys being in nature.
