Kristin has over 30 years of healthcare leadership experience and is currently the SVP of Operations and Integration at Retina Consultants of America. Previously, she held the position of COO at Retina Group of Florida and has worked in various roles with Tenet Healthcare, Healthsouth, and the University of Florida. Kristin enjoys working with practices, helping them assess opportunities and reach their goals in physician services, payor contracting, revenue cycle, patient experience, and compliance. Kristin builds strong relationships with the physician leaders and team members, creating value for patients, staff, and physicians. She is passionate about retina and serves on the ASRS Governing Council.
