Jamie Chan, Pharm.D., is an accomplished executive healthcare leader with more than 30 years of clinical and management experience within the pharmacy and healthcare quality sectors. She is currently President and CEO of Elevare Healthcare Consulting, LLC, where she provides healthcare consulting services with a focus on quality, value-based care, and pharmacy services, as well as executive and interim leadership for health plans, systems, and accountable care organizations. Previously, Jamie served as Vice President of Clinical Quality at Blue Shield of California, where she was responsible for developing and executing clinical quality strategy and operations, regulatory compliance, and driving improvements across quality rating systems and member experience. She also held the role of Senior Director, Clinical Quality at Blue Shield of California, leading initiatives that enhanced Medicare Stars ratings and oversaw quality improvement efforts for CalMediConnect and dual-eligible populations. Jamie’s earlier career includes three decades at Kaiser Permanente, culminating in her role as National Executive Director, Pharmacy Quality and Medication Safety. There, she led national projects on pharmacy quality improvement, medication adherence, and medication safety, delivering significant improvements in outcomes and cost savings. She has notable expertise in drug utilization management, benefit implementation, and the development of high-performing multidisciplinary teams. Jamie holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from University of California, San Francisco, and pursued undergraduate studies in Biochemistry at the University of California, Berkeley. She has completed advanced leadership training programs and is a registered pharmacist in California.
