Dorlan J. Kimbrough, MD is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Duke University School of Medicine as well as a neurologst in the Duke Neurological Disorders Clinic. Dr. Kimbrough earned his medical degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine internship at the New York University School of Medicine.

 

In the Duke University Neurology Department Dr. Kimbrough focuses on neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) and transverse myelitis and sees patients with NMOSD, multiple sclerosis, transverse myelitis, and related conditions. Dr. Kimbrough has also been involved in studies investigating risk and prognostic factors for patient outcomes with these disorders.
