Dr. Woo received his BA from Cornell University and completed his MD and PhD in Neuroimmunology in the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology at Brown University. He completed his medicine internship at Weil-Cornell Presbyterian Hospital/Cornell Medical Center in New York, his neurology residency at UCLA, and his fellowship in neurophysiology (nerve conduction/electromyogram/electroencephalography/evoked potentials) at Harbor-UCLA. Dr. Woo is in private practice at Santa Monica Neurological Consultants and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He has been presented with teaching awards four times at UCLA, is listed in America’s Top Physicians by the Consumer Research Council of America for 2006, 2007, 2010-2015, and has worked as a musician and medical advisor for the television shows The Bonnie Hunt Show (CBS), House (Fox), and The Night Shift (NBC).
