Target Audience
The primary target audience for this initiative comprises medical directors, pharmacy directors, clinical pharmacists, specialty pharmacists, quality directors, and network physicians affiliated with various managed care organizations (MCOs), health systems, and other payer organizations.

Statement of Need/Program Overview
This webcast will provide managed care professionals with a practical, evidence-based review of the evolving treatment landscape in extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC), with a focus on how emerging clinical data can inform coverage policies, oncology pathways, and utilization management strategies. Participants will explore the mechanisms of action, clinical evidence, and NCCN-recommended use of current first-line, maintenance, and subsequent therapy options; evaluate the impact of treatment sequencing and maintenance optimization on patient outcomes; and examine key considerations related to safety monitoring, response assessment, reauthorization criteria, and site-of-care decisions. Through real-world patient cases, attendees will gain insights into balancing clinical value, operational feasibility, and timely patient access in a rapidly changing ES-SCLC treatment environment.
